HAVE YOUR TRANSACTION TIMED-OUT AND YOU HAVE SENT FUNDS? RECLAIM YOUR FUNDS BY SENDING A TICKET WITH COINPAYMENTS HERE
Dear Member When you receive an error message stating that the transaction was Cancelled / Timed Out, after you have sent funds to the account then you should have received an email to recover your funds. Here are the difference on Transaction Cancelled / Timed out statuses:
The above transaction did not receive any funds and timed-out
The above transaction did receive funds but timed-out due to it not receiving all the funds before the timer ran out. You should have received an email to reclaim your funds. If you still have not received an email, you can submit a ticket directly to coinpayments with your transaction and include your link under tracking in the Coinpayments ticket. Copying the tracking link: (Right Click on the tracking button and select “Copy Link Location”) If you dont see your Transaction listed under the history, then please contact the Programmer in group #Schalk Lombard to trace your transaction.
